Choose Freedom from PTSD

Whether PTSD has resulted from a military experience or the devastation that life can hand out, “You Deserve to Be Clear” can significantly reduce the symptoms.

How does this work? Because when we are psychologically traumatized our psyches’ can become vulnerable to outside influences that increase the fear, trauma and symptoms associated with PTSD. By removing these aggravating influences, sufferers often find the strength and the tools to rebalance themselves and their lives.

“My husband has suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) since the Viet Nam War. This included panic when he heard a loud bang or a helicopter, unexplained depression and horrendous flashbacks. He has also had difficulty in communications and relationships, a typical response to PTSD.

“After the work with Helen, the changes in him are dramatic. Even though he still feels shaken when he hears those sounds, the reactions are not as strong. More importantly, he now immediately shares what he is going through and is also developing strategies to move through the reaction quickly. This is a big step for my husband. He also has opened up communications in our relationship. I had setbacks from a divorce that still needed healing. After the sessions with Helen, I have moved from being attached to the past and the former relationship to feeling ‘Free at last!’ The healing also helped me start my new career with more confidence and a renewed tenacity. Thank you Helen!”
